As Lee is a German-born visual artist with Turkish and Georgian roots, based in Berlin. Her work explores the psychological tension between identity, disconnection, and suppressed anger. She paints the human figure in states of rupture—dripping, dissolving, or splitting—revealing the emotional violence beneath the surface. Her expressionist silhouettes confront the moment a person disconnects from themselves, turning the body into a site of fragmentation, memory, and quiet resistance.
